The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 326, 448, 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that all the injuries except one are simple and so far cases pending against them are concerned, that has either been lodged by the same person who has lodged the present first information report or by his associates and in such cases petitioners have been enlarged on bail. It is submitted that the Cell phone tower is standing on the land of the petitioners' family and

Due to certain disputes, petitioners are being implicated after altercations have taken place. Petitioners are in custody since 09.07.2014. It is also submitted that all sections except Sections 326 and 379 are bailable.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Suraj Singh and Shiv Shankar Singh @ Bikan Singh are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.
