2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, exempting the lands of petitioner from being illegally included and going to be distributed by acquiring the same in Land Ceiling Case No. 3/75-76 by quashing the notification dated 13.04.1994 to the extent of petitioner's land details of which is being given in Annexure-3."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he shall be preferring an appropriate representation before the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah for the redressal of his grievance.

4. The State has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in next four weeks who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion in next six months after hearing all the necessary parties.

6. It is expected that till the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah disposes of the matter, the status quo as existing today shall be maintained.
