It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 03.02.2017

Patna High Court MJC No.1706 of 2017 dt.03-07-2019 2/3 in CWJC No. 16890 of 2016, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur, Arrah has already examined the claim of the petitioner Lal Muni Devi @ Lal Muni Kuar and finding that she is not the wife of late Bindeshwar Mishra rejected her representation vide order dated 30.06.2019.

A copy of the show-cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 4 and 7 has already been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the show-cause is likely to be filed before the registry by tomorrow.

After going through the contents of the showcause filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 7, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of, the contempt application be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.06.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur Arrah by way of filing an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.

In view of the submission made above, since no case for initiation of a contempt proceeding against opposite party, particularly opposite party no. 7 District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhojpur Arrah is made out, the application is
