The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that the allegation against these petitioners are that they accompanied Pramod Kumar Singh in assaulting the informant. He submits that there is no specific overt act against these petitioners. He further submits that in fact Pramod Kumar Singh and the informant are the relatives and

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
