2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that all the retiral benefits except gratuity has been paid to the deceased employee (original petitioner) Dr. Dhirendra

Patna High Court CWJC No.13743 of 2021 dt.21-09-2023 2/2 Nath Thakur. Petitioner is the wife of the deceased employee and the gratuity due to her husband could not be paid in the event of the fact that the departmental proceeding pending against the deceased employee could not be completed during the life time of her husband and the same will be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order.
