2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 384, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on the point of pistol, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners confined informant's son and his friend in a room and brutally assaulted them. It is further alleged that co-accused Dablu Yadav snatched Rs. 1200/- from the pocket of informant's son and thereafter, assaulted him by rod and lathi.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injured have sustained simple injury. Police, after investigation,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33917 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 submitted final form against these petitioners and were not sent up for trial, however; learned Magistrate took cognizance against three persons including these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
