JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2022 IA No. 3 of 2020 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant has died on 03-12-2018 and his legal heirs have filed the present Interlocutory Application for deletion of the name of the sole appellant and substitution of their names in place of the appellant. The details of the proposed substituted legal heirs are mentioned in the Cause Title of the IA No. 3 of 2020 itself. Learned counsel for the respondents have got no objection.

Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in the IA No. 3 of 2020, the same is allowed.

The applicants of the present interlocutory application are directed to be substituted as appellant nos. 1, 2 & 3 in the Memo of Appeal.

Patna High Court FA No.28 of 2001(17) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 IA No. 4 of 2020 The present interlocutory application has been filed stating therein that during pendency of this Appeal both the parties with the intervention of well wishers and family friends have arrived at an amicable settlement outside Court. Accordingly, the appellants seek permission to withdraw this Appeal.

Permission is granted.

This Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
