Petitioner apprehends arrest in Mirganj PS Case No. 91 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the IPC. On the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Nitin Singh, petitioner has been implicated in this case. The scooty of the informant is said to be missing from parking. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner nor any recovery has been made from him. He is having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the fact that no recovery has been made from the petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner above named be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75654 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in Mirganj PS Case No. 91 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
