2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 336 of 2023 arising out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 377 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2023 and there is no progress in the trial.

4. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36771 of 2024(10) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 336 of 2023 arising out of Bairia P.S. Case No. 377 of 2022, subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Lalganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. If the petitioner is arrested in future in connection with any other case, his bail bonds shall be cancelled automatically.
