The present application for modification has been filed praying for extension of time for surrendering in the court below.
It is submitted that the petitioner could not surrender within the time fixed in the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.61719 of 2018 as he was suffering from Dengu fever. He further submits that the petitioner shall now surrender within a period of four weeks from today.
Considering the aforementioned submissions, the modification application is allowed. Let the petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from today.
