JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-09-2023 Mr Nadeem Seraj, learned counsel for the University submits that the show cause has already been filed on 05.09.2023 through online and the hard copy of which was also filed later on. However, the same is not on record.

2. The Office is directed to place the show cause on record.

3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier also on the last occasion, when the matter was called, there was none to represent the petitioner.

Mr. Nadeem Seraj, learned counsel for the Patna University submits that in compliance of the order of this Court a show cause has already been filed and with reference to the averments made therein he submits that in terms of the order of this Court the process of appointment of the Principal, Arts and Craft College, Patna has already been completed way back in the year 2017, itself and Dr. Ajay Kumar Pandey, Assistant Professor, College of Arts and Craft, Patna has been appointed as In-Charge Principal of the college under rotation on 10.10.2017. Thus, the claim of the petitioner stands settled and the order of the Hon'ble Court passed in the writ petitioner is fully complied with.

5. Considering the averments made in the show cause, the present contempt petition stands disposed of after having found that the order of the Hon'ble Court has been complied with.
