That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction to the respondent authority no. 1 to 5 for immediate removal of encroachment over the public land detailed in paragraph no. 4 of this application which has forcibly been encroached by respondent no.6 to 8 creating serious trouble and problem to the public in general and petitioner in

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat, District-Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat, District-Siwan, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of two weeks from today, the Circle Officer shall consider the same, in accordance with law and take appropriate steps, forthwith.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
