This application for regular bail arises out of Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been implicated in the present case with the only allegation of having been last seen with the deceased.

It has been argued that similarly circumstanced coaccused Dablu Ravidas @ Dablu Kumar Das has been granted regular bail by this Court by an order dated 08.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20556 of 2020.

It appears that name of Dablu Ravidas has also been mentioned in the FIR with the allegation that he was last seen

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31592 of 2020(2) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 with the deceased.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 7th, Bhagalpur, in Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018.

It is directed that defects in the application pointed out by the Registry must be removed within two months from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U T
