The allegation against the petitioner is committing rape upon the victim.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her statement made in Section 161 and 164, she has not supported the allegation.

In view of the specific allegation of rape in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Petitioner can renew the prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is recorded.
