The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been taken into custody on mere suspicion and even in the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim had not taken the name of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Rajesh Sao has

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and has been custody since 19.08.2014, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Session Judge, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S.
