Learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed show cause and submited that no one has been paid ignoring the scheme which was made after disposal of the writ petition. He submits that the BISCOMAUN has formulated the scheme and as per seniority payment of arrears are made. In view of the aforesaid, he submits that there is no contempt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has to verify this fact.

Considering the order passed by this Court wherein it was indicated that the petitioner shall file representation and the BISCOMAUN shall consider the case of the petitioner in

Patna High Court MJC No.1613 of 2015(7) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 accordance with the scheme. The court does not find any justification to proceed any further in the present proceeding. The same is dropped.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file an affidavit for revival of this case in the event it is found that the persons below in the list as per the scheme has been paid arrears ignoring the seniority of the petitioner.
