Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No.186/2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of theft of buffalo of the informant .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact he had gone to purchase the buffalo and the allegation of theft is wrong but recovery is from the house of Rakesh Paswan. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.31733 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No.186/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
