It is further submitted that petitioner is a student and both sides have sustained injuries.

In view of such submission, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file regular bail application before the Court below.

Needless to say that the grounds urged by the petitioner are to be considered by the Court concerned without being affected by disposal of petitioner's prayer for regular bail by this Court.
