2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Anjani Kumar alleged that these petitioners along with other coaccused persons sold the land of informant to diffeent people by creating forged and fabricated documents in the name of

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case . It is further submitted that from bare perusal of F.I.R. it is apparent that one Rambilash singh who happens to be father of these petitioners and one Kanhiya Kumar had executed sale deed of different land in the name of different persons and these petitioners have got no concern with the aforesaid act. Informant has also not given the specific details of any sale deed which have been executed by Rambilash singh and Kanhiya Kumar and as such , allegation against these petitioners are baseless and concocted. Moreover, the dispute involved in this case is purely civil in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 712 of 2023 , subject to
