Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 408, 409 and 420 of the Penal Code lodged against two named accused. His name transpired during investigation, he is in jail custody since 23.05.2014.

In the circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
