JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 In the present case there are two petitioners, namely, Sanjay Pandit @ Sanjay Kumar Pandit and Radhe Pandit @ Radhe Kumar Pandit, both sons of Sri Kuldip Pandit, resident of village-Ranga Bazar, P.S.-Belhar, District-Banka. They had moved for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.18 of 2018.

Vide order dated 10.01.2019, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail was allowed by this Court. However, it appears that inadvertently the name of petitioner no. 2, Radhe Pandit @ Radhe Kumar Pandit has not been typed in the cause title. The cause title of the aforesaid order shows Sanjay Pandit @ Sanjay Kumar Pandit and Anr. Versus The State of Bihar. In that view of the matter, it shall be deemed that by order dated 10.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.77343 of 2018

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77343 of 2018(3) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 along with petitioner Sanjay Pandit @ Sanjay Kumar Pandit, Radhe Pandit @ Radhe Kumar Pandit has also been granted prearrest bail. The aforesaid order dated 10.01.2019 stands modified to that extent.

Registry shall communicate the order to the court below forthwith.
