(residential land) of Mauza Sultanpur Anchal Amarpur, District- Banka, as the judgment and decree has already been passed in favour of the petitioner and respondent 3rd party by the competent court and the same has also been confined up to the stage of Title Appeal. Inspite of that the private respondent nos. 7 and 8 who are musclemen of the locality creating problem to the petitioner since long in getting actual possession of the aforesaid residential land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
