2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 60186 of 2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 03.03.2022 against petitioner and other co-accused persons and out of 11 charge-sheeted witnesses, 4 witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution and prosecution has been directed to produce rest of the witnesses for their examination.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39257 of 2023(4) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 since petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2020, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
