The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offices Act. The petitioner allegedly ravished the informant one year back. Thereafter, both were in physical relation and the informant become pregnant from the petitioner. Petitioner has denied everything including physical relation with the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation prima facie offence of cheating is made out against the petitioner, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila Police Station Case No. 15

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71382 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Kishanganj.

Hence, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is refused.
