2. From the pleadings and materials on record, especially Annexure X, which is copy of order dated 20.11.2019 passed by the Managing Director of the Corporation, the Court finds that the order of the writ Court dated 24.06.2015 passed in CWJC No. 4029 of 2010, stands complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the order dated 20.11.2019 before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
