Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20,22,29 of N.D.P.S. Act. 380.850 Kg of Ganja was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.01.2019.

Considering the fact that more than commercial quantity of Ganja has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with DRI (NDPS) Case No.02 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special
