Petitioner, Bhim Singh @ Bhim Yadav, seeks bail in Chauri P.S. Case No.88 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and nothing has been recovered from his possession and only on suspicion, name of the petitioner figured in the case. Even during course of investigation, the witnesses only suspected that the petitioner along with others might have committed the offence. Considering the fact that there is no material to show involvement of the petitioner (Bhim Singh @ Bhim Yadav) and that the petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2014, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
