JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.1.2020 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8, 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act. One countrymade loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, whereas 4 Kg. 500 Gram Ganja was recovered from joint possession of petitioner and co-accused Amit Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 1.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21284/2020. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
