The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 09.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 22.5 liters liquor was seized.
