JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 dated 19.12.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 328, 420, 120(B), 313 of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, Mr. Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.

In case such a petition is filed, the Court below shall take into account that the informant does not now wish to prosecute the petitioner any further and she is leading a
