2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners came and started abusing, co-accused Ranjit Ray and Teja Rai assaulted the informant with Daab causing head injury. When Manoj Rai, Bidya Rai and Pappu Rai came to save him, they were also assaulted by the accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33805 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 persons with Daab and Farsa causing head injury to them. The reason behind the alleged occurrence is that co-accused Ranjit Rai stole battery of the truck of informant and when informant demanded his battery, the altercation took place.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ranjit Rai and Teja Rai. So far as petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the general and omnibus allegation of assault, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Madhawara P.S. Case No. 585 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
