Petitioner seeks bail in Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No.49 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 302, 307, 379 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Begusarai.

Considering that the Petitioner while on bail committed this present act and, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release him bail from the jail custody. Prayer for bail is rejected.
