JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2026 The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for proper investigation and recovery of the victim girl who has been allegedly kidnapped by the accused persons and also to provide the security to the petitioner and his entire family members.

2. By the last order dated 10.11.2025, Senior

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.395 of 2018(6) dt.12-01-2026 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Patna was directed to file report regarding the investigation as well as tracing of the allegedly kidnapped victim girl.

3. By way of counter affidavit filed on behalf of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, it has been brought on record that investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been submitted. Despite all possible efforts, the victim girl could not be traced out till date. In case of any clue, further efforts would be taken.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to keep the efforts going on in regard to tracing out the victim girl whenever possible and if there is requirement of providing security to the petitioner or his family members, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take his own decision as per the facts and circumstances.
