Learned AC to SC 9 for the State and Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, learned counsel for the Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank') have assisted the Court.

2. Yesterday, learned counsel for the Bank had filed supplementary show cause bringing on record detailed calculation

Patna High Court MJC No.763 of 2015 dt.24-07-2019 2/2 chart with regard to the payments already made to the petitioner in terms of the writ Court order and all relevant orders relating to such payment. Since copy of the affidavit had been served on learned counsel for the petitioner yesterday itself, as was prayed by him, the matter was fixed for today.

3. Today, there being no representation and also no controvertion of the materials brought on record by the Bank in the present case showing compliance of the order dated 22.10.2013 passed in CWJC No. 3919 of 2007, the Court finds that the opposite parties have complied with the order.
