JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Today a cheque bearing No. 052435 dated 22.08.2019 for a sum of Rs. 5,50,811.00 drawn in favour of the petitioner has been produced by learned counsel representing the Insurance Company. Learned counsel submits that the cheque amount includes the interest portion as indicated in the order of this court, however the detail calculation chart has not been provided.

This court is disposing of the writ application by handing over the cheque to learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16902 of 2017(5) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 petitioner for it's onward transmission to the petitioner immediately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall also file a receipt showing handing over of the cheque to the petitioner within one week in the Registry of this court. A detail calculation chart showing the rate of interest paid by the petitioner in terms of the order of this court and the period for which it has been paid shall be made available to learned counsel for the petitioner within the same period under an acknowledgment from him. In case, any discrepancy appears in the rate of interest and the period for which it has been allowed, it will be open for the petitioner to contest the same. The writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
