Mr.Rakesh Dubey For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr.Md. Ataur Rahman ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court several times, lastly on 31.10.2018 in Cr.Misc.No. 23567 of 2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FSL report itself shows that the seized article is not Charas, rather the same is Bhang and the case is at the stage of argument and petitioner is in custody since 2015.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances and as the case has already been fixed for argument, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31070 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
