JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon/xerox copy of the case diary. The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case on alleged disclosure by one apprehended, namely, Ajay Sah.

Submission is of false implication and under almost similarly situated circumstances, one of the female co-accused, namely, Sulekha Devi, has already been granted the privilege under Section 438 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 13/05/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13014 of 2014. There appears nothing more against the petitioner, who carries no criminal antecedent. If it is so, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
