2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner killed informant's daughter and disposed of her dead body.

4. Petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased and is separate in mess and business. No overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Coaccused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed prearrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide paragraphs 13 & 14 of the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33906 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai Police Station Case No. 468 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
