24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019. Earlier, vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 64264 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last date i.e. on 10.02.2021, a report was called for from the Trial Court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that case is fixed for hearing on the discharge petition filed on behalf of accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected. However, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32242 of 2020(3) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
