This revision application arises out of an order dated 5.5.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj in Maintenance Case No. 157 of 2015- M.No.180 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was directed to pay altogether Rs.8000/- per month to the opposite party No.2 and her daughter as maintenance.
