The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2022 in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 202.5 litres of country made liquor from Vehicle Car (Honda City) Considering the fact that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.01.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
