2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 05.03.2016 passed in Session Trial No. 338 of 2015, arising out of K. Hat P.S. Case No. 549 of 2014, whereby learned Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea has refused the prayer for discharging the petitioner from the charge.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 04.06.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Session Trial No. 338 of 2015, arising out of K. Hat P.S. Case No. 549 of 2014.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
