Petitioner apprehends arrest in Nadi PS Case No. 155 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Upon recovery of 13 litres of country made liquor from the joint family property of the petitioner he has been implicated in this case. He has submitted that recovery is not from his conscious possession and not in compliance with the procedure prescribed under Section 100 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of his arrest or
