This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Kako P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same on its own merits without being influenced by the order of this Court.
