JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1545 of 2017 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 470, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have taken the father of complainant with them and got forged sale deed executed in favour of other accused person. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are also co-sharers of the land and only allegation against them is that they have taken the father of complainant and they are neither purchasers nor seller nor

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1545 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioners have to co-operate in investigation, otherwise prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
