It appears on perusal of the records that the petitioner has assailed the order dated 01.06.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in connection with Daronda P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C., whereby the learned Court has accepted the final form, bearing No. 139 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015, submitted by the Investigating Officer on completion of the investigation.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that after proper investigation, the police, finding the case not true, submitted final form and after having heard all the parties including the informant, the learned Court has accepted the final form.

4. The application stands dismissed for the want of prosecution.
