JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Commission. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit wherein it has been stated that the last monthly pay of the petitioner has been fixed at 34,950/-. It is further stated that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
