The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol with four live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 26.10.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

No.33569 of 2022(3) dt.13-01-2023 2/2 taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody for more than a year since 26.10.2021 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Magadh Medical C.H. P.S. Case no.286 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.
