JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 18.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of causing firearm injury to the informant and snatching `5,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner did not repeat the blow and there is no likelihood of trial being concluded in near future. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
