The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 201 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 506 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner established physical relation with her on the pretext of performing marriage on account of which she became pregnant and thereafter he refused to marry her.

The statement of victim girl recorded U/s 164 Cr. P.C. has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein, she has stated that she was in love affairs with petitioner for one year and they also established physical relationship. The petitioner is ready to perform marriage with her.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2019. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 201 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
